Companies from Israel will present diamonds of all shapes and sizes, some of which will show very large and important stones, as well as fancy diamonds and some selected samples of jewelry.
Hong Kong is the second largest diamond market in Israel, about 30% of the stones are shipped here. In addition, exporters from Israel also trade in other markets in the Asian region.
IDI chairman Moti Ganz said: "The demand for diamonds in Asia is growing, we see the potential for growth, more people in this region are looking at diamonds as the main attribute of luxury." We also see an increase in demand for diamonds as investment items ".

Avidar added that IDI will take part in four trade events in Hong Kong this year.
