A special conference dedicated to the distribution of rough diamonds for the benefit of young players of the diamond exchange was held in Israel on December 25. According to the agreement on the distribution of rough diamonds, young diamantaires must provide a feasibility study and use the purchased diamonds for cutting within Israel. Each distribution will reach the amount of $ 150-200 thousand.
