TAG Heuer, Google and Intel have agreed to cooperate in the project to create a Swiss smart clock based on Intel technologies and the Android Wear operating system, Rapaport News reports. About the creation of a joint project was announced at the TAG Heuer pavilion at Baselworld.
Jean-Claude Biver, head of the watch division of LVMH and supervising the brands Tag Heuer, Zenith and Hublot, David Singleton, director of Android Wear design, and Michael Bell, vice president of the corporation and the CEO of New Devices Group, part of Intel, attended the ceremony dedicated to the new project.
TAG Heuer stated that this partnership will help create a product that will belong to the premium segment, but at the same time will be associated with the daily life of the user.
