The Competition Commission of South Africa unconditionally approved the proposal to acquire all ordinary shares, made Cream Magenta and Metcap company TransHex, except for that portion which is already owned by customers.
The consortium offered Faced with the difficulties of the diamond company JUNIOR 3.94 rand a share, or 117 million rand (about $ 8 million) for all shares.
TransHex has operations in South Africa and Angola.
The company's diamond sales to South Africa for the last fiscal year to March fell by 28.6% to 671.4 million rand ($ 48.3 million) compared with the previous year.
"No other regulatory approvals are not required, and the proposal is therefore certainly meets all the conditions," it said in TransHex.
The company noted that after the adoption of the proposal may not be withdrawn.
