General Manager of the jewelry retailer Tiffany & Co. Michael Kowalski sold 77,000 shares of the company, the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) said on February 26.
Tiffany shares were sold at an average price of $ 91.27 per share, their total estimate was $ 7,062,440, Rapaport reports.
After this deal, Kovalsky's ownership left 228,088 shares of Tiffany, including 3,029 shares held by the Kowalski Family Foundation.
Stock quotes Tiffany on the New York Stock Exchange on Friday closed at around $ 93.25 per share, which is 35% higher than the corresponding price a year earlier.
