The Israeli diamond industry will play one of the most important roles among the participants of the Jewelery & Gem Fair Europe - a new event in the UBM portfolio, scheduled for April 1-4, 2014 in German Freiburg. This jewelry fair, which will be presented with diamonds, various precious stones and jewelry, will intersect with the BaselWorld fair, according to a press release issued by the Israeli Diamond Exchange (IDE), received by Rough & Polished.
The Israeli diamond pavilion will be organized by the Israel Diamond Institute Group (IDI) and will be located in the most prominent place near the entrance to the Halls 1-3 of the Messe Freiburg Center. In the pavilion, 30 Israeli companies will be represented, and 5 more participants from Israel will perform at the fair outside the national pavilion.
In the pavilion, a search for diamonds will be conducted in the databases of stocks in the framework of the "Find Your Diamond" system, which will allow potential buyers to choose the goods in accordance with the desired characteristics. This system was developed by IDI specifically for trade shows and has already proved its relevance and effectiveness for exhibitors and buyers.
