A specialized website dedicated to the opening ceremony of the first in Latin America Center for Precious Stones and Jewelry, which will be held from 17 to 18 March in Panama, was launched recently.
On the site, located at www.pdecenterlaunch.com, participants of the ceremony can register, and also book air tickets and hotel seats at special reduced rates.
The new center is supervised by the Panama Diamond Exchange, the first and only diamond exchange in Latin America, recognized by the World Federation of Diamond Bourses (WFDB).
The center will be the first specialized trading platform for diamonds, jewelery and colored precious stones in the region, which includes Central and South America, Mexico and the Caribbean.
The honorary guest at the opening ceremony will be the President of Panama, Ricardo Martinelli (Ricardo Martinelli), which will bring together the leaders of the jewelry industry, including the already confirmed participation of WFDB President Ernest Blom, Honorary President of the WFDB and the World Diamond Council (WDC)
